Tesla assistant like K.I.T.T Elon Musk says

In the not too distant 1982 the popular series starring a car out of the future K.I.T.T.  had expressed the imagination of many about the potential of the vehicle. One of these was the digital assistant who obeyed the driver instructions and even with a sufficient dose of artificial intelligence it also took decisions in a difficult situation.

With many IT companies offering voice assistants such as Cortana, Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa, Elon Musk via Twitter, Tesla is also preparing an AI Assistant that is similar to what we saw in our childhood in K.I.T.T.

This advanced voice control system will allow Tesla model passengers to do almost everything through voice commands, as Musk said. It will be very pleasant to see other industries implementing something similar, since with the digital assistants the driver can drive with less stress and the interior of the cars could be just as simple and as a design.

The K.I.T.T is an artificial intelligent computer electronic unit in the body of a highly advanced, very mobile, robotic car: the original K.I.T.T. as the 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and the second K.I.T.T. as the Ford Shelby GT500KR 2008-2009.

During filming, K.I.T.T. was voiced by a script assistant, with voice actors later recording the K.I.T.T. dialogue. David Hasselhoff and original series actor William Daniels first met six months after filming of the series began.

K.I.T.T’s evil duo is KARR, whose name is an acronym for automated robot Knight. KARR was voiced first by Peter Cullen and later by Paul Frees in seasons one and three, respectively, of the original NBC television series Knight Rider.
