According to British Auto Express, the VW is preparing a new affordable small electric SUV. The new model will be placed in the VW electric range under the I.D. Crozz, with a length of no more than 4 meters and being almost the same size as the new small SUV VW T-Cross.
The new model will be built on VW new MEB chassis for electric cars only, something that will, among other things, allow it to offer very good spaces despite its compact dimensions. The battery is expected to have a capacity of 49 kWh, ensuring a 330km driving range based on the WLTP consumption measurement cycle.
