CUPRA Tavascan Concept full electric with 302 HP

CUPRA Tavascan Concept took its name from a village located in the Pyrenees, unique because of the stunning landscape surrounding it and the surrounding natural environment. CUPRA now connects its high-performance DNA with advanced engine technology and refined and expressive design. It is a fully electric SUV coupe, the first car that the CUPRA uses 100% electric motor, with zero emission.

The exterior design of the vehicle combines performance and efficiency, bringing dynamism to its class and zero environmental impacts. The front design emphasizes its electrical personality with the illuminated brand logo that is positioned low, providing a completely different focal point.

The rear diffuser provides functional aerodynamics which is reinforced by the sleek light that runs along the back of the body with a built-in logo. Tavascan Concept is combined with metallic color that enhances its external design line as well as carbon fibre and subtle copper details that emphasize its expressive expression.

Inside the vehicle we see a space that mixes materials and technological ideas and focuses on the creation of a cabin that offers a perfect balance between driver orientation and passenger comfort. In the interior of the model contrasting colors, dynamic technologies, design details and materials such as leather, carbon and Alcantara, creating a quality cabin.

The Tavascan Concept features two motors, one integrated in the front axle and the second on the rear axle, with a power of 302 horsepower and four-wheel drive providing maximum performance, giving it acceleration 0-100 to 6.5 “. The vehicle is equipped with a 77kWh lithium-ion battery, which can store enough energy to keep the vehicle in motion with autonomy up to 450 km, which is based on the WLTP.

It is built on the Volkswagen Group’s MEB platform and because the battery is placed on the floor, its centre of gravity is low, giving the car intense sports skills. Tavascan Electric Concept will make its world debut at this year’s IAA International Auto Salon in Frankfurt.
