Watch Tesla Model Y Performance acceleration 0-60 mph

Tesla Model Y Performance at an acceleration of 0-60 mph the number the company gives is 3.5 sec. But new video shows that a Model Y Performance can catch 60 mph (97 kph) in less than 3.5 seconds.

Model Y is the new electric SUV car of the American brand, with which the company wants to continue Model 3 success. Note also that the electric sedan was the top vehicle in electric car sales in 2019.

In the video below a Model Y Performance achieved a better time at 0-60 mph than the factory declares. In fact the performance was at 3,426 sec and his driver tested it both at 1/4 of a mile and half a mile, making the two distances in 11.96 and 19.07 seconds, respectively.

But there is another video, showing the Model Y Performance acceleration catching 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in 3.3 seconds, while from a stop reaches 100 mph, i.e. 160 km/h, in just 8.12 seconds.
