Porsche Taycan 4S according to the EPA measurement has a range of 203 miles or 327 km. These numbers refer to the Performance Battery Plus version that wears a 93.4 kWh battery. But the difference with the official measurements of the German company is big.
Thus, Porsche announces that with the Performance Battery Plus package, the autonomy amounts to 463 kilometers per charge or 278 miles. What is more surprising, however, is that the first tests of Taycan 4S on American soil found that Porsche Taycan 4S range is significantly greater than announced by the EPA.
Matt Farrah took a Taycan 4S with the large battery and driving it for 24 hours in normal traffic conditions and with the air conditioning turned on, the car achieved 444km or 276 miles of autonomy. What makes a bigger impression is that the car still had 29 km of extra range.
