Nissan, developing the electric mobility, offers on the new state-of-the-art exhibition center, parking with some discharge power from the visitor’s EV.
An innovative service is offered by Nissan where one can pay with the electricity of the vehicle the parking of the new Nissan Pavilion exhibition center. Drivers of EV vehicles visiting the Nissan Pavilion showroom in Yokohama, Japan, can park freely in the parking lot by unloading energy.
The payment system is one of the many innovations that customers can experience in Pavilion. Guests can have lunch at the Nissan Chaya Cafe, which is powered by electric and photovoltaic panels. They can also enjoy virtual experiences that allow them to feel the thrill of Formula E electric racing or take a ride in the brand new Nissan Ariya EV crossover.
The 10,000-square-meter exhibition space is based in Yokohama, has zero pollutants and is equipped with solar panels, and has renewable hydropower. It also offers an interactive experience with visitors where they can get to know the company’s current and future vehicles as well as the future of electric mobility.
