Cheapest Tesla EV $25,000 will have the new battery

The cheapest Tesla EV of $25,000 announced today by the American electric vehicle and energy company. The new electric affordable Hatch is a fact and will use Tesla’s new battery and will find its way to production in the next three years.

Until now we knew that Tesla was not prepared to produce a fairly affordable EV. In fact, CEO Elon Musk had previously said he would not make a car under $35,000. Of course there are thoughts about a cheap Tesla that will be about the huge market in China.

The cheapest Tesla EV

Musk made the announcement at the end of the Tesla Battery Day presentation. The CEO commented on the announcement:

“Tesla will build an exciting $25,000 electric vehicle that is also fully autonomous.”

Tesla CEO’s main thinking long ago about not producing the cheapest Tesla EV was that fully autonomous electric cars could reduce the cost of travel per mile long. But that now appears to have changed radically after he officially announced he would launch a $25,000 electric car.

Elon Musk also stressed that the new affordable $25,000 EV will feature Tesla’s completely new battery technology and will be released in the next 3 years. Musk did not disclose any technical features of the new electric vehicle.

evNT note :

But here there are some issues since there are in the “queue” another 4 projects that have to “run”. The Cybertruck, Tesla Semi Truck, the new Model S, Model X, and the Tesla Roadster 2. With Gigafactory in Shanghai, already producing the Model 3, Giga Berlin and Gigafactory 5 in Germany and Texas respectively began to be manufactured.

Will Tesla be able to respond to the biggest increase in sales later? The projects that are running now, there is the possibility that they will delay even more production of Tesla’s affordable EV. Is the next 3 years a goal where it can be achieved?
