This is the interior of ID 4 electric SUV from VW
The ID 4 will be VW’s first electric SUV and the German company recently unveiled a section from car interior. After the ID 3 already produced the ID 4 is the natural evolution since the category of SUVs continues and has an upward trend in global sales.
On the ID 4 SUV interior, the pattern is identical to ID.3. Sporty three-wheel drive, very few switches, two screens -one for the digital instrument panel and one larger, at the top of the dashboard, for multimedia system functions -, air conditioning vents under the main screen and fluid lines on the dashboard, ambient lighting along it (with 30 different color options) and use of recyclable materials.

VW promises great spaces for passengers as well as their luggage, with a 543-litre trunk available with all seats in place. The interior of the limited edition ID.4 1ST and ID.4 1ST Max models is dominated by calm, refined colors called Platinum Grey and Florence Brown. The steering wheel, steering column, screen casings and door control panels come in a Piano Black or Electric White hue. The bright colors add a futuristic feel to the entire interior of the vehicle and underline its clear design.

According to the Germans front seats are sporty and comfortable, having the approval of the German Campaign for Healthier Backs (AGR) and having massage function, pneumatic lumbar support and multiple electrical settings.

Like the smaller model, ID.4 is based on the MEB platform (Modularer E-Antriebs Baukasten). Originally it will be available with rear-wheel drive, while later the stronger and four-wheel-drive version will be added. VW states that thanks to its excellent aerodynamics and large batteries, the ID.4 can travel up to 500 km. without charging.
