The new Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo on sand and ice

The Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo is the most practical version of the German manufacturer’s first, pure electric model. Porsche, wanting to highlight the above character, edited a new video entitled Drive2Extremes, in which the electric Taycan Cross Turismo performs impressive sand and ice slides.

Filming for the purposes of creating this short film took place in the Liwa Desert in the United Arab Emirates and in Lapland, in the Finnish city of Levi, using the latest technology such as drones and high-resolution cameras.

Directed by Drive2Extremes starring a red-blue Taycan Cross Turismo was directed by Nick Schrunk, while behind the steering wheel of the car was racing driver Jukka Honkavuori.

The Turbo version of the new Taycan Cross Turismo offers 625 horsepower and in overboost mode 680 horsepower. For the “0-100” it is completed in 3.3 sec, with a top speed of up to 250 km/h and 395 to 452 km of range.

The top version of the model is the Turbo S, which also delivers 625 horsepower, but a total of 761 in overboost mode. Porsche promises for the occasion a top speed of 250 km/h, “0-100” at 2.9 sec. and 388 to 419 km of range.
