Shocking! Model S Plaid vs Rimac Nevera | Video

Surely a clash between Tesla Model S Plaid vs Rimac Nevera greatly exaspeates everyone’s anxiety not because of the final result but because we see the technology-leading electric cars in an impressive power show.

Model S Plaid uses the first carbon rotor electric motors, which required Tesla to develop a new manufacturing engine to achieve this. Plaid also offers the promised time, 0-60mph in 1.99 seconds and can do 400 meters in 9.23 seconds. The three-engine model has been calibrated at 390 miles, but the cheaper version of the dual engine slightly raises it to 412 miles. Recharge times have improved, with 187 miles of range available after a 15-minute Supercharger charge.

Plaid vs Rimac

Four electric motors produce 1,914 horsepower and 2,360 Nm of torque, which make the Croatian Rimac Nevera two-seater hyper-car accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in 1.97 seconds. Even more impressive, perhaps, is the fact that from a standstill Nevera needs only 9.3” to reach 300 km/h, and at 400 meters it has an exit speed of 412 km/h.
