Dacia’s first low cost electric car, Spring, has already begun its commercial course in Europe, with prices that bring a small revolution in the field of electric vehicles.
Specifically, in Germany the original version, “Comfort” of Spring is available at 20,490 euros, but with the environmental subsidy of 9,570 euros of the German government its price drops to 10,920 euros. This makes it the cheapest electric car on the German market, but also in Europe, and by a huge margin from the next one.
This low cost electric car by Dacia is based on the CMF-A platform, its length reaches 3.73 meters with a width of 1.58 meters, while its height reaches 1.51 meters.
The Dacia Spring is equipped with an electric motor with 45 horsepower and 124 Nm of torque, powered by a 26.8 kWh battery that can deliver up to 305 kilometers of range (during the WLTP cycle).
