Mercedes: New electric car with 1000 km of range

On January 3, 2022, Mercedes will officially reveal the Vision EQXX, a landmark car in the field of electrification. The all-new model will premiere in production form, giving an idea of the brand’s future electric four-wheelers about aerodynamic performance, batteries and electric set management.

As Mercedes’ head of research and development, Markus Schäfer, said, this BEV puts an end to doubts about a comfortable journey. It can cover with a charge up to 1,000 km, with the average energy consumption reaching the astonishing figure of 10 kWh/100 km.

These admirable values are achieved thanks to the increased energy density of the batteries, the excellent management of electricity and aerodynamics. The innovative technologies of the Vision EQXX will be used in all of the company’s electric vehicles from 2025, offering customers a unique driving experience.
