New Renault Megane will have the color of Rafale fighters
The new Renault Megane, is one of the most important models of the French carmaker in electric cars, and undertakes to symbolize the new era of the French brand.
From a hatchback with conventional internal combustion engines, it was transformed into an electric crossover with an impressive design. The Megane E-Tech, as it is now called, is based on the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance’s proprietary CMF-EV platform.
The 4.21-meter-long new Renault Megane is a zero-emission car and available in two power and two battery versions, covering different travel needs. The base version is equipped with a 130-horsepower electric motor and a 40 kWh battery, which offers a range of 300 km.

The most powerful version has an 218-horsepower electric motor, which receives power from a 60 kWh battery, with a maximum range of up to 470 km. The new electric Crossover Renault Megane E-Tech shows the direction the French company wants to take by turning to electricity, while the design language of the new vehicle remains family and sporty at the same time.
One of the launch colors of the new Megane is the light gray in the car of the photos. The French company names the color as “Rafale Grey”, which refers directly to the camouflage of the famous French fighters.
