RWE: New wind farm 23 MW in Germany
The construction of a new wind farm with a total capacity of 23 MW in Lower Saxony, Germany, was initiated by the German company RWE.
The SandBostel-Bevern wind turbine will comprise four 5.7 MW wind turbines of the Company Nordex and will be located in the Rotenburg region.
The three wind turbines, with a total capacity of 17.1 MW, will be owned by RWE, while the fourth wind turbine will be built by RWE for concession to the local energy company OsteWind.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
In a statement, RWE says the four wind turbines will generate enough electricity to meet the needs of 13,000 households.
